Asian Vibe is built to help people connect, discover communities, share experiences and create meaningful opportunities.

Our community works best when everyone feels welcome, respected and safe. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from everyone using Asian Vibe.

These Guidelines apply across our website, mobile apps, profiles, messages, communities, events, jobs, business pages, comments and other Platform features.

Treat people with basic respect, even when you disagree.

Do not:

Harass, bully or intimidate others.

Threaten or deliberately humiliate someone.

Use hateful or discriminatory language.

Target someone because of their nationality, ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, disability, age or other personal characteristic.

Repeatedly contact someone after they have made it clear they do not want further contact.

Different opinions are welcome. Personal attacks are not.

Asian Vibe is a community built around real connections.

Do not:

Impersonate another person, organisation or business.

Create fake or deliberately misleading profiles.

Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, experience or business.

Use another person's photographs or information without appropriate permission.

Mislead people for financial, personal or other gain.

If your profile is verified, do not suggest that verification guarantees your character, intentions or behaviour.

Do not use Asian Vibe to facilitate or encourage:

Fraud or scams.

Illegal activities.

Threats or violence.

Exploitation or abuse.

Unauthorised access to accounts or systems.

Sharing another person's private or sensitive information without permission.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services rather than relying solely on Asian Vibe.

Think carefully before sharing personal information.

Do not publish or share another person's:

Private contact details.

Home address.

Financial information.

Private conversations.

Personal documents.

Sensitive personal information.

Private messages are intended to remain private. We do not routinely read private messages, but they may be reviewed where necessary following a report, for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of our rules.

Do not use Asian Vibe to send:

Spam.

Mass unsolicited messages.

Repeated unwanted invitations.

Misleading promotions.

Fraudulent offers.

Unauthorised commercial solicitations.

Businesses and users may promote legitimate services through the features specifically provided for that purpose and subject to applicable Platform terms.

Content uploaded to Asian Vibe should be lawful, respectful and appropriate for an adult community.

Do not upload or share content that is:

Illegal.

Threatening or abusive.

Hateful or discriminatory.

Fraudulent or deliberately misleading.

Infringing another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Designed to facilitate illegal activity.

Malicious or intended to compromise another person's device, account or data.

If you post a job, business page or professional opportunity:

Provide accurate information.

Do not make fraudulent claims.

Do not misrepresent qualifications, vacancies, services or business relationships.

Do not discriminate unlawfully.

Do not use listings to collect personal information for inappropriate purposes.

Users should independently verify important employment and business information before entering into an agreement.

Event and community creators are responsible for providing accurate information and treating participants fairly.

Do not create events or communities primarily to:

Mislead or defraud people.

Promote illegal activities.

Harass particular individuals or groups.

Discriminate unlawfully.

Circumvent Asian Vibe's safety or moderation measures.

Only upload or share content that you have the right to use.

Do not copy or distribute another person's photographs, writing, videos, branding or other protected material without appropriate permission.

If you see content or behaviour that appears to violate these Guidelines, please report it through the available reporting tools or contact:

support@theasianvibe.com

When making a report, provide enough information for us to understand the concern.

Please do not make deliberately false or malicious reports against other users.

We review reports based on the circumstances, available information, applicable law and our Platform rules.

Depending on the situation, we may:

Ask for additional information.

Remove or restrict content.

Issue a warning.

Limit certain features.

Suspend an account.

Terminate an account.

Take other appropriate action.

Contact relevant authorities where legally required or appropriate.

We may take immediate action where necessary to protect users, the Platform or others.

We will review the matter where appropriate and provide a response or further information where reasonably possible.

Asian Vibe may provide links or integrations with services such as payment, verification, calendar and meeting providers.

Users should follow the rules and privacy requirements of those services when using them.

Asian Vibe cannot control the behaviour or content of third-party services.

As Asian Vibe grows, we may update these Guidelines to address new features, risks, legal requirements or community needs.

The latest version will be available on the Asian Vibe Platform.

Asian Vibe is about bringing people together.

You do not need to agree with everyone. You do need to treat people with respect.

Be genuine. Be respectful. Be curious. Share your vibe.
